The Union Forever
THE UNION FOREVER
Let me first start out by saying that Jack White is a genius and quite possibly the single most underrated musician ever.  With this said I will share my discovery with you even though it’s possible (if you’re a hard core White Stripes fan) that you know this.  The song “The Union Forever” is directly written about the film “Citizen Kane”.
Recently for my Cinema Studies 1 class we had to review Citizen Kane.  After the class I went back to my car and put in White Blood Cells from The White Stripes.  As I sit back smoking my cigar and enjoying the sweet tunes blaring from my stereo I started to here similarities in the current song I was listening to, to something I had heard earlier.  Suddenly I realized that almost line for line of The Union Forever is directly taken from “Citizen Kane

Math Class Ramblings
A million miles away, in a cave underground, lay a vast and majestic treasure.  Truly a site to behold is this fallen and forgotten gold of which is guarded by evil itself.   To all who seek, their future is bleak for these fools are destined for death and despair.   For this treasure of old isn’t really gold for this treasure doesn’t truly exist.  There is no cave that lay underground were evil does reside.  For the treasure was never there yet nobody cared to stop the seekers on their quest.  As they traveled to their doom all else assumed they would find it out for themselves.  Yet they did not and slowly they were forgotten and the quest for the treasure remains the same. With no one saying wait and not a soul would hesitate to make themselves wealthy beyond all belief.  The treasure is still sought and to this day is not brought, back from its evil resting place

My not so Professinal Opinion
In every year's Oscars there is a category for best documentary film.  This year the winner was "An Inconvenient Truth". In this film Al Gore (the man who SHOULD be president now) talks about the damage of global warming and what we can do to stop it.  I say shut the fuck up.  Is it a controllable problem? Yes but it won't be.  As the world progresses the environment, O-zone layer and all that other fun shit will continue to get worse.  Living off the land will become near impossible.  Yes there are plenty of tree huggers out there but there always have been and to no avail. For every 1 person who wants to "save the planet" you can easily find 20 others who could care less.  To try and stop an inevitable fate is ridiculous.  What we should be doing instead of trying to stop the planet from turning to shit is to figure out what to do once it happens.   The world will come to an end and it will
