Why So Serious Steve?

I guess i'm on a Joker kick. This is a photo of my good buddy Steve. I got the urge to Jokerize it and since I'm a bit straped for cash it's sort of his b-day gift. so...HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVE. The fact that Steve is afraid of clowns made this all the more amuseing to make.
